African Athletes show the way

Arvalee School pupils were treated to a visit from athletes who are part of the African Athletes programme. They told the pupils about their life in Africa, their diets and all the training they do. During the Senior Department assembly the athletes told the pupils about living healthy and watching the foods they eat to make sure they are fit for life. The pupils then enjoyed playing games with them and hope to see them again.
