Following the announcement of the death of Queen Elizabeth II, a period of National Mourning has started and will continue until the end of the day of her state funeral, which is confirmed as Monday 19th September 2022. Details are available on the Royal Website at www.royal.uk.
This will be a day of Mourning and is being marked by the provision of a Bank Holiday. The school has been informed that there will be a reduced delivery of public services, such as transport and catering.
The School will remain open throughout the period of Mourning but will be closed on Monday 19th September out of respect for the community in Mourning.
